About UNSW

UNSW has over 40,000 students, from over 90 different countries. The university offers over 700 undergraduate and postgraduate programs, with around 24 of these offered under the UNSW Co-op Program.

UNSW has extensive alumni networks, and the UNSW Co-op Program is currently working to build our networks with some 1500 past UNSW Co-op Scholars "Alumni", now living and working in Australia and overseas. UNSW is one of Australia's leading research universities, whose expertise is regularly sought by business and government, for the wide range of consultancy and training services offered.

Where is UNSW?

The main UNSW campus of 38 hectares is located at Kensington, only seven kilometres from Sydney's central business district. It is easily accessible from the city and only10 minutes from some of Sydney’s best beaches.

What is the campus life like?

UNSW has a vibrant campus life. Whether your interest is theatre, arts, comedy, music, cooking classes, language and sports clubs, or just big parties, UNSW students can do it all. UNSW Courses and Careers Day, Saturday 5 September 2009 is your opportunity to see the UNSW campus; speak with academics and students from each faculty and school; attend lectures held by Admissions, the Scholarship Office, Colleges, the ACCESS Scheme, International Exchange, Counselling and the Co-op Program.
